Anyone else unable to install Schwäninger Land?

As of right now, I'm just about done with reinstalling all of my DLC from TANE, TRS19 (from the 2 seconds I used TRS19 Platinum), and the new TRS22 routes. However, there's one TRS22 route I can't seem to download - Schwäninger Land. It's not in the Content Store (even though all the other routes are), and apparently, I haven't purchased it. Is anyone else having this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

This is on the DLS as freeware.

As far as i know, the payware route comes out later this year.

There is a freeware route on the DLS but i think, some switches and some signals are not working properly in the available sessions. If you are looking for modern German/European Rolling stock and lokomotives etc., its well worth downloading latest built of that route and sessions from the DLS though.
