Problems with Installation

I am currently unable to update, uninstall or otherwise alter my Trainz installation and keep getting hit with the following message

Currently running build 115628 and this has only become a problem on this build. Attempting to run as administrator doesn't help, so any way to resolve this would be much appreciated.

First, check your stream as this at some point got changed. It needs to be on a beta stream.

I tried all the streams available. It'll then either tell me no patch is available or I'll get the same popup

Check your user name and password. This check will be carried out before a patch is allowed.

If you are on Windows 11 you may need to run Trainz as Administrator, happened here with TRS22 Beta, couldn't find any patches until I ran it as Admin.
