Not that I am aware of. Export the route as you would normally and import it just the same. I'm currently working on a TransDEM created route in TRS22 without any issues at all.

Yes, I have just finished loading Transdem for a B&O Route from wheeling WV to Fairmont Wv using a long abandoned branch, but Streetmaps still shows the track route. No issues with TRS22 seems quite reliable, apart from the new editor which I find flaky and hard to grasp all features. Time will fix that.
Even this large route with some 150 miles has no issues in TRS22.
