Can't log into the Trainz store

For some reason the Trainz store is refusing to log me in, each time it tkes me back to the log in page. Is anybody else having this problem?

then why won't it work for me?! I keep getting forget passowrd emails too

Try changing browsers? Security settings on your browser perhaps? Try changing your password?

It happened on every browser I have: Mozilla, Edge, even safari. And there's no need to change my password when I know my password! also, what security settings would I need to change?

edit: well changing the password seemed to have worked. not sure why it failed to log me in though
