Trainz 22 is one hell of a confusing mess!

What the hell is all this mess about? So if I buy a single copy of Trainz 22 for $70, Do I get surveyor route building abilities and at least a basic access to the DLS? Gosh I remember simpler days when N3V sold you a whole product and you had the option to pay for faster downloads from the DLS. :n:

Yes, you get the product just as before for $70.

You get "Immediate Beta Access" and "Early Access January" but seemingly no FCT, No S2.0 etc

I also see that N3V has once again failed to improve emersion to the simulator such as better physics and improved sound effects.

At the moment the standalone (non subscription) version is not going to include Surveyor 2.0 - see my revised signature!

It's also not entirely clear from what Tony said in other threads if it's even planned to add it during the product lifecycle.
