Hi All,
Have tried all available solutions from all members but to no avail These were all the easy ways of redownloading TS9 but because I had a copy seems I cannot get another ..Once your computer breaks down you loose another copy. Anybody another solution ,please let me know,Cheers Robynne....

Or try My Trainz - digital downloads and all your Trainz purchases should be there

Hi,
In Registed Serial Numbers yes the serial number is there. but nowhere does it say download If you do click on a site to download it says you are intitled to only one copy .The few people who have helped nothing will work. Any answers will be real helpful. Cheers Robynne

I don't see 2009 on your timeline, so it won't be available through mytrainz. You could try registering for the newsletter through a secondary email to get the free one. A bit cheeky but it should work.

I have the downloaded copy as well, but it's no longer available in My Trainz account anywhere for downloading again, so Robynne you're not going crazy. I recommend putting in a ticket on the helpdesk and see what they have to say.
