Help with PWeiser Pantographs

According to the documentation on the Hi-rise pantographs by PWeiser, "Pantograph for the P5a locomotive, designed for variable wire height determined by script." and it says SetWire parameters for the pantograph. I would like to know what how these pantographs work and how to set them up. I am using TANE and TRS2019 and the kuid is <kuid:520526:2424>. The engine I am working on is the PRR P5a from Trainz Forge.
