In Content Manager, find R40 Slant only,
right click. List Dependencies Recursively, it will tell you if miss something
right click. View Errors and Warnings, it will tell you what is wrong

VE48 Trainz build number ----- This can be ignored, it's a warning.

VE22 missing invalid selection for tag catergory era in texture group ------ This is an actual error.

"Catergory" is incorrect. This should be category. If you hand typed this, then that's your typo and not the error.

Why is this in the texture-group anyway. Category-era should be on its own line outside of any {,} brackets.

What would really help is if you can copy and paste the Config.txt to this thread. Use the code option, located under Go Advanced button below, and paste the config.txt between the [CODE/], [/CODE] blocks.

With the text formatted, we can take a look at it and come up with an exact fix. Without getting your hopes up, this error looks easy to fix, but sometimes fixing one thing can lead to another failure down the chain.

let me try a easier way its their a way to open the cd and extract or point to the exact file that missing

I believe you can use WinRAR to open the .exe because I think these .exe files are self-extracting archives. If you can't open it well, then it's not one.

description "
NYCTA R40 subway car
'The car that ruined Pullman-Standard' - Much like its predecessor the R44 ruined the St. Louis Car Company, problems with the R46 put Pullman-Standard out of business. From an original order for 754 cars to be delivered in 1974-75, delays in production caused the actual delivery to slip to 1975-78. During that time, serious problems with cracks in the Rockwell HP2T trucks caused many of the delivered units to be removed from service. The MTA filed a 112.3 million dollar lawsuit against Pullman-Standard, both for delays and the faulty trucks. By the end of 1979, over 20 other flaws, including serious problems with the brakes, were found, and an additional $80 million lawsuit was filed against Pullman-Standard. So many R46's were out of service that 100 retired R16's, which the R46's originally replaced, were pulled from storage and returned to service. By 1986, the R46's MDBF was less than 10,000 miles, the worst record in MTA history. In 1989-1991, they were rebuilt under the MTA's GOH program by Morrison-Knudsen, and finally became a reliably operating subway car.

category-era-0 "1960s"
category-era-1 "1970s"

category-era-3 "1990s"

This should be changed to:

category-era "1960s;1970s;1980s;1990s"

also the category-region-0 has to be changed to "category-region"

For trainz-build up to 2.4 (TRS2004) category-era-# and category-region-# is correct. The category-region and category-era tags were introduced with trainz-build 2.5 (TRS2006).

quick question if its okay or not:
hmmm . . . well protrainz is currently looking for the R40's he said that he will try to find it packaged somewhere
why not just give the r40s to him for the lucky people who stilll have it

god i sound impatient :/

To be honest we're all feeling a little impatient for the R40s haha
They always looked really nice, does anyone know if there were any R40Ms? Can't remember exactly.
