4 track mainline test route

I'm considering making a simple test route that has a long mainline that goes from 2 tracks, to 3 tracks, and then to 4 tracks, then back to 3 tracks, then back to 2
This is to show off AI trains operating on 4 track stretches and how they often go in both directions on all 4 tracks
examples:

4 track section:

a train on track 2 westbound, waiting for 2 eastbounds, 1 on track 1, and 1 merging from track 2 to track 1
a train on 1st track westbound, diverging all the way to track 4
2 tracks eastbound on tracks 1 and 2, the one on track 2 stops to wait for the one on track 1 to overtake it as a westbound on track 2 is waiting on the same track, then the track 2 eastbound leaves onto track 1, then the track 2 westbound leaves.

3 track section:

train on track 2 eastbound stops at the end of the 3 track section and waits for 2 westbounds, then proceeds to track 1
train on track 3 merges to track 2 to be overtaken by a high-priority train

2 track section:
2 eastbounds racing and since there's a opposing train on 1 track, 1 stops to wait for the other to overtake before crossing over to that track and then letting the other through

are these accurate operating styles? Maybe on Powder River?
