12-645E3 Advanced Engine Sound

Hi! I'm wanting to add the advanced EMD 12-645E3 prime mover sound <kuid:37581:1497> to my SP SD39 which I recently purchased. Since it has a fun little startup-shutdown script I thought I could add it in to the primary script, but wasn't able to find it. Anyway, I decided to add it in thinking it would create it but alas I was wrong. Can anyone tell me how I could do this? I'd like this to function so my SD39 has a proper 12-645E3. Thank you!

You aren't understanding my question. I have the sounds but I need the script that makes the startup/shutdown and advanced throttle notches work.
