How to restore a corrupted route.
There are two ways.
1) Using file explorer in Windows, or the equivalent on the MAC, go into the backups folder and then the folder named for the date you want to restore from. The date-folder is named as TT-MM-DD
- Look for the file named kuid <space>user ID <space>number.tzarc_nnnnn
Example: kuid 124863 100932.tzarc_17819852
- Copy this file to the edit folder.
- Run a DBR and the route or session is restored.
The easier way is to use VMM's tzarchiver.
- Start up tzarchver.
- Open up File explorer and repeat the steps above to obtain the file to restore.
-Drag that .tzarc_nnnnn file on to the interface.
A folder is created which can be imported either by dragging and dropping into Content Manager, or by imported using the file menu.
TZArchiver and other nifty utilities can be downloaded from here:

I prefer the easy way.
Note: Tzarchiver exports the tzarc to the folder where it's run from, and there is no install required.
