Trainz ground is made of of squares. Dig holes only cut out squares. It's tricky making benchwork with rounded edges fit them. There is a Trainz term for this. Please refresh my memory. It uses dig holes and various bendable ground spline materials to conform to curved bench edges. This is my latest layout: a 2/3 square mile outdoor layout that's imagined to be 1/10 scale. The height of the bench is actually only 2' vs 4'. I had to use 5 m stone wall (for bench panels) to get an actual 2 foot height. I can't find a 10m wall in that texture/color to give me an actual 4-foot bench height but I won't sweat it. HUGE wall is to thin and often appears invisible at certain camera distances. This 5 m wall is thick. The outdoor floor is just grass texture sprayed over ground.
