Patch Update Failure

Hi there,

I am trying to update the patch to the newest patch number for TRS19 but I keep getting an error saying "Patch failed: failed to read source data"

Does anyone possibly have a solution?

Since it has been several hours with no forum response (and that could just be a time zone thing) I would put in a ticket at the Help Desk.

Unfortunately I have no other solution to offer. The patch downloaded and installed on both my systems without any problems.
