unable to authorise this product?

When I try and open the launcher I get the popup "Unable to authorise this product, please check your my train Acc details in launcher> settings>internet" I've done this and it says my password and user name are correct. I havent opened my Trainz 2019 for a while but this shouldn't matter? Can anyone please help. My video card is a Geforce GTX 1660 with + DX 12.
 
Well it doesn't even show on your timeline beside your name, so probably best if you go to the helpdesk (link above) and get them to find out why it's not registered.

Ive changed my email address recently and have lost all my timeline which goes back to the early days, so I will see to that through the helpdesk. Thanks for pointing me in that direction.
