I always laugh when people say that. Try working with N3V and reporting bugs before complaining.

Every game has tons of bugs, and the team here is relatively small. They can't keep track of everything, especially considering the existing of DLS, not to mention tons of third-party content, which is allowed in the game. That's why beta-test are a thing.

Whatever I try, I always get:

If you're on build 114022 you need to download the manual patcher (see the first post).

If you're not on that build, then run the patcher through the launcher.
