Asset declares itself faulty but won't tell you what's wrong

How am I supposed to fix you if you don't even tell me what the heck is the issue?

To me the obvious is that the build-number for that asset in its config.txt file is less than 3.5 which is no longer supported for non-built-in assets for your version of Trainz. But am I missing something here?

A search for that kuid using CM on my install comes up as "unknown asset".

Normally if it does this it's not actually faulty. Try opening it in a preview window and see if it appears. If it does appear it will probably clear the incorrect faulty label too.

Yes. Old build numbers are warnings, not faults, and will not prevent an asset from working.
