TRS2019 Flickering in Windowed mode

Hello;
I just installed TRS2019 Platinum edition. I am getting light flickering while in Surveyor in Windowed mode. There is no flickering if I switch to full-screen (Alt+ Enter).
Sytem specs:

Asus Tuf Gaming X570 Plus Wifi
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
32GB DDR 4 RAM
Gigabyte RTX2070 Super (8Gigs)
Main monitor is Asus Tuf Gaming G-Sync compatible.

While running TRS2019 in windowed mode, I am seeing a minor (yet annoying) flickering. When in full screen mode, there is no flickering.
When there is flickering, I can turn off the G-Sync on the monitor and the flickering stops.

I have other windowed game (Run8 V2) which does not have the flickering problem.
I have tried changing some of the video settings in TRS2019 but that does not appear to have an effect on the flickering.

While I can simply run TRS in full-screen mode, I would like to understand why I am seeing the flickering in Windowed mode while G-Sync is on.

Since the flickering does not occur in another windowed game, I am thinking this is an issue with TRS2019, and not my computer.

Thanks for your help

Interesting, I have been experiencing flickering for a few days now, but only after exiting a saved session or route in the main menu. This usually stops after a couple of seconds, so rather different to your experience.

Approach_Medium - Suggest check that you have turned OFF (i.e. set it to 'None') Vertical Sync in the Trainz Settings dialog accessible from Launcher (General tab). Vertical sync settings there will interfere with your G-Sync display device settings.
If V-sync is set to either Half or Full in Trainz, then you will experience flickering with your display set up.

springtransit - What Build number are you on? Also, what operating system build number?
Have you installed the latest graphics drivers for your GPU? What display device is flickering? What are its essential specifications? (i.e. refresh rate, dot pitch, resolution, dimensions; any features like G-Sync or Freesync., etc.)
What GPU are you rocking?
Is the monitor set to its default refresh rate? Is that refresh rate, and correct screen size, reflected in the Trainz video display settings? (If there's a mismatch, you can expect flickering, and worse...)

PC_Ace - let me see here...

TRS2019 build 113142

GPU is a Radeon RX 6700 XT, 12 GB video memory, drivers are up to date.
Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1
OS build 19043.1110

springtransit - Thanks for that diagnostically useful information, but you left out the crucial details - on the display device - that is presumably exhibiting the flickering! Need the monitor specs and TRS19 settings parameters set for that.

So far, this is what I have...
