HELP how do I set up an ATLS intersection ???

I am trying my best to figure out how to set up an ATLS intersection for use with Yarnish roads and intersections. I am staying with the other set up (TCS? TRC? whatever I can't remember the name) for the rail crossings because I cannot find the crossing gate I need with ATLS.

Is there a very simple ATLS for idiots like me tutorial showing just the intersection set up so traffic lights work and the cars stop at red lights, etc?
