When to double post

I am a newbie on Trainz and learning the ropes.
I tried to post but was rejected. I was searching for a way to make first post when I found I could post in my Blog. That was successful.
Is it enough to get my problem answered or may I re-post here?

Welcome to the forums.

Generally if your comments are long enough, more than 10 characters, you should be fine with your posts.

If you are having difficulties posting elsewhere besides here, you may need to contact the help desk.

I was having some difficulty here but that has been corrected. Support has heard enough from me already!

Oh good. You need to keep them on their toes.

The blogs are not intended for support. Next to that hardly anyone reads them.

Read the forum descriptions (and sometimes the stickies in the forum) to decide where to post. Usually there is a better location as "General".
Reading the Code of Conduct also doesn't hurt.

Never double post. If you are lucky, one will just be deleted. If you keep doing it, you get the clean up bill.
