Anyone know where can I get this? I did this on a tapatalk forum, but I got no reply.

Could possibly be from a group called "Trainz Commuter Rail" They made loads of stuff and had a downloads section up until their Zetaboards forum became Tapatalk and Tapatalk broke it. The group is fairly inactive although they are some people there including the new owner who is attempting to restore the content.

It is a old RRmod locomotive i believe
the old RRmods site is down

are trying to repost these old models

or 2 it could have been a reskin
