Newer version available for payware assets

Hi.
I noticed several built-in and payware assets that have newer versions available, but the download button is greyed out, and none of the assets are available for update on the trainz store. How do I update them?

This is due to our systems not currently supporting updates across different platforms. The DLS entry is required in order to list on the Content Store, but the content is for mobile not desktop.

So in short, if it isn't in your Content Store, it isn't available for your platform and you can ignore the DLS entry.
 
Would this also be the reason for these 9 having newer versions available but I am unable to update. They are all "Not Installed, Payware (Not Active)
They have been like this since just before SP3.

I have done DBR's & EDBR's as well as removed packages and reinstalled. No change.

Or do I submit a helpdesk ticket?
 
Not all updates are in the store. Some assets used in DLC have been updated on the DLS to stop the DLC ones from overriding the DLS ones and stopping them from working.
 
RailPilgrim - Your list of 'updated', but inaccessible, assets is identical to mine - and for a similar period.
Eventually, these should clear. Annoying, but manageable with patience.
 
Please reread my post - the content is not available in Content Store and CM is simple saying "yes there's a newer version". It isn't saying "there is a newer version for your platform, and that is the bit we need to resolve (when it gets to the top of the priority list).
