Question re locomotive acceleration

I am using several different DMUs on a route and one of them accelerates too slowly when leaving a station.
I would like to clone and modify its config.txt (for my own use) to increase its acceleration but I cannot figure out how to do it.
Any advice? Thanks.

Replace the KUID number in the config.txt for "enginespec" with the one that has the acceleration you need.
