Present gone wrong

Hi, I am an enthousiastic user of Trainz European Edition. I wanted to buy it for my bother in law as a gift. However there is no Buy As A present option so I asked him to but it himself and send me the bill. He was unable to do because he has no PayPal or private credit card. So he sent me a link, asking me to pay for him, which is what I did. Apparantly the link was not attached to his new account so now I have two TRS Euro Edition in my name. I wanted to create an issue but I cannot reset my password (being led to a general trs site). So my question is: can you transfer my second TRS Euro edition to my brother in laws account? Order number is 98206. His username is Jaaap, mine is wopke. Thanks very much! wopke
 
There are 2 ways to gift Trainz to your brother:

1. You can buy it as a gift card for your brother from here: https://store.trainzportal.com/pages/trainz-gift-cards
Then select "TRS2019 REGIONAL" and checkout as normal. Once you receive the code (it'll be emailed to you), just forward the email to your brother so he can purchase the regional edition.

2. Buy yourself another copy, and contact the helpdesk here: https://support.trainzportal.com/
Then put a ticket in requesting the extra copy to be taken off of your account and placed under your brother’s account. You'll need to know his myTrainz username so it can be transferred over. Be sure to send in your purchase receipts as it makes everything go smoother.

In your scenario you'll want to go with option 2, which is contacting the helpdesk. Make sure to provide details and what you wanted to do and they'll take care of it.
