small problems with fall harvest and canadian rocky moutains/ columbia river basin

Hi All, Have a few small problems with Canadian Rocky Mountains/Columber River Basin .Open CP Rail Freight Run, and no drivers are available for Twin Otter Red Float Plane and when opening The River Basin no locos and consist comes up. Sound is there only .. Rebuilding the data base after approx four times still does not fix the problem. Should I delete the whole program and reinstall or through Trainz Content or is there another way ..Any help appreciated,cheers,robynne....
