C40-8's and -8W's show missing dependencies

Hey all, I have an issue where the C40-8's and -8W's show missing dependencies. I disabled them at first because I didn't need them but now I plan on using them so I re enabled all of them. They aren't missing dependencies but they're showing up as missing dependencies.

Any help would be appreciated!

Have you downloaded all the loco dependency packs from JR's site?

Yes and all of them are built in anyway. The loco's show up as missing dependencies but they aren't, all the dependencies are installed.

Try doing a Database repair. Maybe re enabling them caused a hiccup.
