quick easy question

I've had the game for awhile but I'm new to the forums. I've been looking and can't figure out how to put those pictures of locomotives next to my name. Do I have to be a mod? Or is there a super obvious button that my dumb brain over looked?

Easy when you know where ;o) Top left of forum, Settings, on the Left, My Settings, Edit Avatar.
