Log into your mytrainz account here: https://www.auran.com/

Look under 'Product Downloads'

Sometimes it'll take a while for it to appear. If its longer than 24 hrs, then you'll want to contact helpdesk so they can refresh your account.

You would have received an email with a direct link to the download. If not look in your "junk" email folder (assuming that you have not changed your email address since you originally joined these forums). Failing that, the advice in the posts above also work.

I'll bet on Trainz launcher INSTALL tab. When it opens click Internet.
Then create you account.
