UPDATE COMPUTER SPEC FROM MEDIUM TO ULTRA

Hi
I set my computer spec to medium when I fist installed 2019.
And I am getting a slight a slight jerk in driver.
But have since found I could have set to Ultra .
But I cannot seem to find a way to do it.
Is there a way to change this or do I have to reinstall the game from scratch.
Hoping changing setting might help.

Launcher [Trainz Settings] /Performance\ tab,
adjust your settings, close Trainz complete, then restart Trainz
