missing switch lever

On my Coal Country route there is no switch lever at Parker at PR3 Jct 228530
I am assuming is the NS Switch Lever (manual no Ballast ) because that is the type on the nearest points
Is there a way I can Install it, or what are my other options

If you have a junction number then you must have a lever of some sort placed, it may just be an invisible one.

Is the missing junction after PR3 Jct 228530?

I've seen that message before on other routes and it turned out that yes there was a missing junction in one case and in another the lever was there but not placed correctly.

Don't know where I got the Jct Number.....cant find it now.
This is at Parker Tipple loop west right next to Trigger 16254. PR3.
is not on the world map, but is on the mini map. (cannot be switched on the mini map)
I noticed the the red and green arrows on the other switches are touching the track but on PR3 they are
in between the track.
