Need help with faulty route

I have been working on my new route for about 2 months when all of a sudden I got an ! in red on my route. I went to the my content and searched for by route and the following fault shows up. I have no idea what his means. Can someone please help.

VE180: Integity check failure on mapfile_index.vtx. One or more route/session tiles may be missing.

I would suggest that either you recently added an asset that has an issue (check the Dependencies listing), or there is a TRS2019 "glitch". For the latter, you could try a Database rebuild. Hopefully somebody else will come up with something more definitive! Regards. Colin (Driver_Col)

I did both rebuilds with no luck.
I listed all my dependencies and found no errors.
The link has some good information which I will try.
