From left to right

• rails 1 and 3 = standard gauge (4ft 8.5in - 1435mm)
• rails 2 and 4 = Russian broad gauge (4ft 11 5/6in - 1520mm)

Unfortunately both your video and screenshot aren't available.

Is the asset you are looking at builtin, or from a 3rd party website or the DLS?

If builtin, which asset are you looking at? If it's the default passenger asset set, could you please possibly provide a screenshot via an alternate image host ( http://www.imgur.com/ tends to work quite well from my experience).
