Which places do steam locomotive commissions?

After I missed a chance to commission a locomotive from K&L Trainz by a few weeks, pretty much as the title says, I'm wondering what other places do steam locomotive commissions. Thanks.

I have to say that K&L is the very best. You should try to get it done by them.
