Strange Long Time Storage

I suspect that this in not car storage, but product storage. This may be a "temporary" solution to a storage capacity problem, it may be that these "cars" are being used as silos as it appears that there is space for a truck to load/unload the "cars" as well as the lack of underlying infrastructure.
I took a quick look at the Mill Creek, OK area in Google Maps and it seems that there is a good deal of aggregate business. This would imply a good deal of heavy equipment and that would reduce the logistical issue of moving those cars in place. A 30-40 ton rail car (27-36 tonnes for the metric folks) is not such a big logistical problem when there is a local business community used to moving heavy equipment.
