What is the latest build for Trainz 2019

Thanks for the number, what do you mean about the correct update stream, if you mean the correct path to update that is ok.

Trainz Settings > Install > Change Trainz Update Stream, click next until you get to the Online Patch Screen > Change Stream, there are options, such as TRS19, TRS19 Beta, Trainz Plus and so on.

110941, you need to make sure you are on the correct update stream for whatever version you have.
While the update screen show 110941 while updating, when you run the updated TS2019 you get version 110491. So I assume 110491 is the latest version. (I think 110941 is a typo in the updating screen)...

I tried updating my Platinum version (105100) to SP2 110491 and it kept failing on a CRC error for one file. I looked on the Trainz WIKI and the table shows that there isn't an update for 105100. So I quit trying and just ignore the notifications that a new patch is available. It was suggested that I re-install the game and try again, but that's not going to happen. I was in IT for 30 years until I retired this year as an Engineering Specialist. Re-installing is NEVER, EVER a good idea. Too many things can go wrong and the path back to where you were can be difficult, if not impossible, to get to. No, if the patching system is broken, don't break your entire setup just to get to somewhere you may not want to go. IMHO

Looks as if the Trial put you on 106618 which according to the chart on the above link was TRS19 Plus, think it's out of date by the way, so try the TRS19 Plus Stream, it might work!
Failing that it may be easier and quicker just to download TRS19 from My Trainz, bottom left, which should be the latest and Install that in a different folder, then under the Install Tab point it at your existing Userdata. If that goes OK just delete the old version

Would not let me patch to plus. I did as you suggested which worked fine, thank you. My mother route is now missing a lot of speed trees with the new patch. How hard can it be to upgrade the software and cause other problems.
Make sure you download any new or updated DLC. There are some trees in those updates if I recall.
