Sadly the left-to-right track has been cut.

This is a great idea for route building.


The area in general once had a ton of spurs to various warehouses. I recommend scouting about. It's sad to see a lot of them gone today, but their obvious traces are still there found by the shape of the buildings and obvious curves between them and streets. This would make a nice switching route, or at least part of a larger operation.

That's pretty neat. It would make a nice switching puzzle.

My condolence's to the poor track maintenance guy that had to tell his boss "You know that diamond that we burred in asphalt with the rail joiners almost inaccessible in the middle of a fairly busy road? yea we found a crack and need to replace it"
