I'm looking for a digital copy of the book, Locomotive Cyclopedia of American Practice, 1950-52, but can't seen to find any. Does anyone have a pdf copy or knows where it can be found?

Great news. I contacted Google, and when they investigated, they found out the book was indeed public domain. Its now available for free at Google Books: https://www.google.com/books/edition/_/KDpMAAAAMAAJ
