L&HR - 1930's Prototype Route

Hello all,

I have been working on and off over the past 3 1/2 years on a scale representation of my hometown Lehigh & Hudson Rover Railway from Warwick, New York to the junction with the Erie Railroad at Greycourt. I haven't worked on it steadily in some time, but as always, I am always looking to continue building. It only represents about 10 miles, but I am trying to get the route as close to possible to a steam-era duplicate as I can; including tracks, buildings and scenery true to their 1930's appearance. I am not sure how many model to this detail, but I haven't been able to create any new buildings since SketchUp 2017 as I cannot figure out how the new cloud-based program exports RubyTMIX. Additionally, if anyone has any information on a B&O 2-8-0 camelback someone made for Trainz several years ago, please let me know.

I'll post a couple of real vs sim pictures; I ask that you do not distribute the historic images as they come from various sources. If you would like an excellent source of L&HR material; the Don Furler collection in the CRRP&A is simply the best.

Nicely done, Alan!

There is something different with the newer version of Sketchup that doesn't work with the converter to Trainz format. This was discussed in another thread with some rather heated information in it about the use of Sketchup.
