Problems with TRC 3

I set everything up to instructions. The crossgates go down, cars stop, then the crossgates come up after passing through the crossing, but the cars do not start moving again. You need TRC 4.

In my case, at first traffic does not pass the crossing and pileup ensues. Surveyor or driver. Train comes, lowers the gates and when it passes, gates open and cars start to move. After this sequence all works normally. I realize the problem is not the same as yours, but someone should look into it, maybe is a common cause. As far as I am aware, N3V knows of the anomaly. However, my problem only happens on TR19. T:ANE is fine.
