Turntable - Basic Instruction

I have stayed away from turntables. However, I am faced with multiple commands do do something that a turntable should easily solve. I do not know the procedure for moving the turntable. I spent time in the Wiki but it seems to only show how to build a turntable, not use it. If there is a "use" instruction I can't find it. I am experimenting with a Tside Turntable. 2 tracks into multiple stalls.

Thanks to both. Too bad it is not distilled to one comprehensive rule that a customer can simply feed parameters to.
