Multiplayer problems

Hello, I am trying to join a friend in multiplayer but its says "sorry, the session does not exist anymore". If they try to join me it is the same message. We are trying to get this to work on the Kickstarter map.

Ensure you're both on the same build "group" (i.e. SP1, beta etc)

I had gotten the version of TRS 2019 that has everything while he got just the US version, could that be the problem then? The build version is also the same number.

Im new to this sim and was wondering if its possible to play on line when you havent made any friends. Everytime I try it5 asks me who Im looking for. Can a person just not connect and get in on some of the action?

@turt21 With Trainz Plus and the new Multiplayer Surveyor (MPS) you do have the option to join routes that are shared on the N3V servers and play with strangers.

That being said, since MPS is relatively new, the player population is very low, so it can be difficult to find other players on a route.
