info(at)rrmods.us is the support email address that has replaced the old purchases email from the old .com domain address. That old email was monitored by Joe prior to him retiring from Trainz. Please forward your emails to that address or pm me your issue and i will help you out

I actually did pm you about four or five days ago.
I'll also try the email.
May I suggest that the purchase email be removed from all purchases sent to buyers to avoid this kind of confusion.
