Portals and Load Passengers

I run a number of consists out of portals however to try to ensure the consist is realistic I need to be able to load passengers to these consists.
Please does anyone know how to execute this.

Use Instant Load command.

Session corrected, will let you know after I run it, I have other additions and adjustments to carry out first
