There may be a relationship to the engine/locomotive that is used. A GP8 performs as expected but an RS3 just passes through a station stopping way beyond the trackmark, doing a quick load and proceeding. The GP8 stops at the trackmark, passengers are exchanged and it proceeds to the next station.
The instruction sequence is:
Drive to and stop at trackmark
Load Passenger instruction executes
Passengers are exchanged
Train proceeds
I have most stations setup with trackmarks and no issues on various length platforms.
Platform Passenger-Lo is the platform at all stations. I normally use just a two car train since this is a local route on the coast of Maine - Portland, ME.-> North. Main line(2 track) with four multi-city branches.
