How do I download Trainz 2019?!!

I've just bought it from the store. The email I received just includes a generic link to "my" homepage. When I look around under My Digital Downloads it just has TANE listed (which I purchased previously) - not the 2019 version. It isn't showing anywhere.

Can anyone help?

It sometimes takes a hour or two to show up. If it still is missing after that then the helpdesk link above is the place to go.

Try down the bottom of the page under Product Downloads.

I checked your order - you ordered TANE Platinum not TRS19 Platinum. I suggest re-ordering and send a ticket in to helpdesk for a refund on the TANE Platinum. Also include details of your original order for TANE as i only see one order with this account.
