looking for a diesal locomotive engine

You can always create a scenery locomotive by modifying the config.txt file. This is done by removing all the operating parts, reference to engine-specs, horn sounds, etc., and change the kind to scenery.
The issue you'll run into is the bogies will no longer work, and they they too will have to be turned into scenery objects.
Once completed, the bogies can be placed and adjusted to line up with the rails on a piece of track and the locomotive body placed on top of the bogies.
Seen here is my modified switcher sitting on a siding as a stuffed locomotive. You can do the same with a diesel of course.
For use as a load, that process maybe similar.

sorry when i meant locomotive engine i meant the engine/prime mover. my bad. Though on a side note the wrecked units i can use also.
