Rock Island locomtive

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know where I can get this engine for Trainz 19? or have any good reskinning tutorials so I can do it myself? i just can't find the blue/white RI engines

In the same livery there is JR's RI GP7R 4500 (payware). T:ANE only according to their website (but many so stated locomotives work in TRS19).

THIS is exactly what i'm talking about... how do i get it? and do you know of a program that's ez to learn that allows you to "reskin" the locos?
 
Whenever it gets released as either payware or freeware it will be available for download at jointedrail.com

As far as something "ez" to reskin it, I learned through photoshop, some people use paint.net or gimp to edit textures.
 
Oh my goodness, the Rock Island GP38-2 is BEAUTIFUL! I cannot wait for this to be released, as this will go well with a Rock Island route I am planning to make for personal use. I'd pay good money to have this on my roster!
