Need help with DLC Installed (not active)

Hi

I'm having problems with DLC from the store not being active. I have rebuilt the database, done extensive repair, clicked the download purchased items many times, changed my local data folder twice and still nothing. Discord is useless if there are no support personnel on it.

Payware not active indicates that the account being used is not authorised for the assets installed. Helpdesk can assist finding out what the problem is. Please provide them a list of items you've purchased, and which items show not active. (anewera at n3vgames is the email).
