This is just a hand full of errors that have shown up after installing the route into TRS2019
- <kuid2:104609:1:1> VE167: Source image texture file 'asphaltcloseups0048_3_s.jpg' is too large for 'arc:fld:$(local)/hash-39||kuid2 104609 1 1.tzarc|' (512x512)

- <kuid:62456:29030> VE168: File 'rad2.texture' is not a valid compiled texture file for 'arc:fld:$(local)/hash-1C||kuid 62456 29030.tzarc|'
- <kuid:62456:29030> VE165: Texture 'rad2.texture' is missing or could not be loaded in mesh 'bus2.im', material '*bus2*2C4F428E*rad*m.onetex'.
- <kuid:62456:29030> VE165: Texture 'rad2.texture' is missing or could not be loaded in mesh 'bus2.im', material '*bus2*2C4F428E*rad*m.onetex'.
- <kuid:62456:29030> VE65: The *.texture.txt file is missing for texture resource 'rad2.texture'.

- <kuid:366297:100002> VE41: The tag 'repeats' in container 'obsolete-track' is not a valid Integer value.
- <kuid:366297:100002> VE65: The *.texture.txt file is missing for texture resource 'wall-normal.texture'.

Can any of these be fixed?

Yes they can be fixed. You need to PEV Software Image2TGA. You can get that from here:
http://trainz.shaneturner.co.uk/tutorials/index.php?page=pevsoft-trainz-tools

Use that to fix these:
- <kuid:62456:29030> VE168: File 'rad2.texture' is not a valid compiled texture file for 'arc:fld:$(local)/hash-1C||kuid 62456 29030.tzarc|'

(This is actually only one problem with the texture that gets referred to many times.)

This here:
- <kuid:366297:100002> VE41: The tag 'repeats' in container 'obsolete-track' is not a valid Integer value.

You need to edit the config.txt file. Ensure the number is formatted correctly and doesn't have a comma (,) in it or an o (oh) instead of a zero (0).

For the texture errors, you need to open the assets for editing and use the Images2TGA to fix them. Open the .texture files and save as .tga after processing.

For the integer error, you use open edit config.txt file.

- <kuid2:104609:1:1> VE167: Source image texture file 'asphaltcloseups0048_3_s.jpg' is too large for 'arc:fld:$(local)/hash-39||kuid2 104609 1 1.tzarc|' (512x512)
The file is too big. You can edit this in Paint.net, or Gimp. Resize (scale) the file to 128 x 128 and save. Be sure to uncheck RLE compression option.

I feel like making a remastered version of the Quahog sub replacing the M: speedtrees, adding more variety in road vehicles, redoing the entire road network, removing the route layer trains, etc.

I've aready done that privately in TRS19 and it comes up very well with a minimum of work. The road network is not important and I converted mine to PBR textures, track and roads and current speedtrees all round in about an hour and a half with the bulk replace tool. Dead simple when you've done a few :p. Many of the classic routes come up very well in TRS19 after a PBR makeover, even fully seasonal if you like.
