    Default Update to 107918

    I have just had an email from n3v and as a gold member have been told I can update to the beta 107918. I went to launcher, trainz settings, install and clicked but it says no updates are available at this time. My stream is set to Trainz plus so I wonder what the problem is. Any help please.

    It got about halfway and the trainz debug helper came up with this:

    Trainz has encountered the following errors
    437.09 assetindex::repairupdateassethashes> integrity check failed
    000000014004282: oddlparser::context::context
    0000000140740286

    0000000140cfa767
    0000000140d59970
    0000 7ffd50716fd4: basethreadinitthunk
    0000 7ffd516fcec1: rtluserthreadstart

    continue Force quit continue and ignore errors

    Can you give me some advice of what to do please.

    Use a screen capture and upload the image to the SP2 beta thread with an explanation of what you were doing at the time including any steps you have to cause the error.

    Click on continue and hope the problem goes away. If there's another error, repeat and post up the image to the forum.

    Once you are in the route do what you want and note any anomalies and report them including any steps you did to cause the error.

    ---

    The errors are called assertion errors. They are a checkpoint or breakpoint that has specific things turned on so that when an error occurs, the message pops up with codes that only the programmer understands.

    The more errors we report, the better things are in the future releases. If we don't report them, we have no excuse when something goes wrong because the onus is on us to point out the problems.
