Questions about TRS 2019

I apologize if these questions have been answered before, but I rather not do a forum dive.

I need to add "baseboards" to the route I'm building, but I do not see how to add them. Is there something I'm missing?

Also, how does one make curves of a desired radius? I'm building a fictitious junction and want to add curves of 800' (~250 meters) to get a realistic look. My TRS 2006 had fixed track objects of the required radius, but I could not change the elevation of them, as some of the curves are on a grade.

Thank you for your time.

Question 1:
Select topology tab (s/b called topography btw), then pointer hover in the lower left of the tab and you see add/update ground. Then move to where you want the new baseboard and left click.

Question 2:
Use the ruler tool to layout the desired radius. Do this several times from the same spot in multiple directions. Then just a matter of playing with the track until you get what you want.

Thank you for your input.

As for the second question I had figured that might be the way to go in getting the required radius.
